Somewhere before that I'd expect to get a print edition for my money instead.<br /><br />I've seen some indie authors successfully offering different package deals for the same book. For instance, just the text for $2.99, or the illustrated version for $4.99, or the illustrated version with the audio version for... you get the idea.
